Expose the places of anger and disappointment rather than trying to hold them back. When you are brutally honest and open the floodgates, it alleviates the pressure of bitterness and resentment, and they begin to lose their power.

Identify Any Beliefs That Are From from God
The enemy is a liar and he’ll try to fill your mind with lies. In order to live radically different, we need to make sure we are not being deceived.
Do Your Part
Ask yourself, what action, if any is required of you? Breaking up the thorny, rocky ground that harbors bitterness and resentment may require us to do something. Perhaps we are withholding love, trying to manipulate a situation or refusing to forgive. Take ownership of what belongs to you and do what is required.
